CB Conditional a solution for us? was created by adwmiedge
We are using CB 1.7, CB Subs 1.2.2, Joomla 1.5.23 and need a better solution for our registration form and wonder if CB Conditional is the answer.

There are 53 subscription plans. Needless to say this make the registration page cumbersome with scroll downs.

Would CB Conditional enable us to list the subscription plans in a tab and the registration form fields in another? The demo video seems clear enough, but it doesn't describe how or if it would integrate in a CB Subs environment.

Thanks

I do not think CB Conditionals will help you here.

You should try and see if the new conditions feature in your plans (see workflow tab) can help you somehow. Do all 53 plans need to appear at once? Or can they be grouped together somehow?

The subscription plans are based on US states and territories. We need to allow for subscriptions to multiple states during registration or upgrade, so an alphabetical listing makes most sense from the end user's perspective.

Plan appearance isn't contingent upon any registration fields, so we considered creating alphabetically-based parent plans (to list states beginning with letters A through C, for example) and hiding child plans unless selected. This would consolidate the display, but it requires a charge to be associated with the alphabetical parent plan. We don't want the parent plan listed as free or with a cost. We need it presented as an organizational category only with selection of one of its child plans required to process a registration.

Is this possible or is there any CB plugin we can purchase to better consolidate plan presentation?

I think we have part of the solution. We used   for Price display of plan to remove the pricing description.

We need to require that one of the child plans is selected in order to process registration. How can we set this condition?
