I have bought 2 licenses of cbsubs for a customer website. There was no demo environment to see the backend before buying this extension. Now my client didn't approve the extension because it's to complicated for his needs. I would like to stop the licenses and use the 30 day money back guarantee as mentioned on your site. I can not find the procedure on your site on how to do this. Could you contact me?
I still think it's a good product and there is a possibility I can use it on other customer sites in the future. Now I know all the possibilties and i've seen it in action in the backend.
