question about feature of cbsubs

im wondering if that module can do some stuff i need. i need 2 kind of membership one free that can read article but cannot create one. The 2nd i need them to pay with paypal and get credit and the credit are use to create article like 1 credit= 1 article and maybe some extra membership option like more credit or stuff like that does that module can do that and does it need community builder to work or it can work without it thx for you help

CBSubs is a subscription management extension, it does not add features that do not exist. So for instance you could have 2 plans 1 free and 1 paid. The free allowing reading of articles (very doable with CBSubs Content) and the other allowing creation of articles. It can not limit say the creation of articles to 1 or 2. If you've an article management extension that has such a feature and limit is controlled via database then you could of course alter that with CBSubs. However, again, CBSubs can not add features that do not exist. CBSubs is a CB plugin and thus CB is required.
