what do i need in your offer ? was created by mozzlo
hi,

Bit lost i'am afraid...:S

1/ For 1 site, i need to built a policy to allow access articles content to 4 groups with different access level.

2/ For the same site, i need to create a community with profiles linked to the 4 groups above mentionned.

3 / All the credentials to sign in will be free of charge.

4/ I forget, need also to set a directory (name, address, phone number)

A/ So.. what do you advise as CB subscription ?
B/ How long dos the subscription last for ?
C/ Is there any french language patch for this kind of subscription ?

Tks a lot ...

1/ For 1 site, i need to built a policy to allow access articles content to 4 groups with different access level.

You'd need 4 different plans protecting access to different articles.

2/ For the same site, i need to create a community with profiles linked to the 4 groups above mentionned.

Don't understand what you're asking, a subscription is not a profile. You can use plans to show/hide/protect various fields/tabs to create unique profiles based off subscription.

3 / All the credentials to sign in will be free of charge.

You plans do not have to have a price so this is completely doable.

4/ I forget, need also to set a directory (name, address, phone number)

Don't understand, can you not ask for this information at registration with custom fields created via field management?

A/ So.. what do you advise as CB subscription ?

CBSubs could certainly provide what you need.

B/ How long dos the subscription last for ?

What subscription? Your CBSubs License? A lifetime.

C/ Is there any french language patch for this kind of subscription ?

We do not provide any language but English. However the community has translated CB and CBSubs into various languages, please check forge or search boards.

Tks a lot four your answer...

You plans do not have to have a price so this is completely doable.

Need some more explanations about Cb Subs!

3 types of users :

1/ On the website, you'll have articles , for public not registered (let's say "readers"). So no need to sign in for them.

2/ On the website, you'll have also articles but only for some registered members (let's say "ordinary"), they will be allowed to sign in directly from the frontpage with their own credentials. Here i want a very simple form without anything regarding plans or money to choose, only registration.

3/Finally, you'll have members (let's say "specialised") granted with an special email and passwords they will be given to beforehand which will grant them with a content not shared with "ordinary" or "readers".
For them, i want a community to be built.

1/ Is that possible to achieve with CB ?
2/ So, what do you advise for this project in CB offer (really sorry to make you repeat) ?

Tks a lot in advance..

Will try and answer ...

3 types of users :

1/ On the website, you'll have articles , for public not registered (let's say "readers"). So no need to sign in for them.

So you will not protect these articles against any CBSubs plan. Suggest that all freely accessed articles be put in the same section/category different from other articles that are protected.

2/ On the website, you'll have also articles but only for some registered members (let's say "ordinary"), they will be allowed to sign in directly from the frontpage with their own credentials. Here i want a very simple form without anything regarding plans or money to choose, only registration.

You can create a free lifetime plan that users can choose and protect these articles to make them viewable only for active subscribers. Once again it would be better for you to place all these articles in different section/category compared to previous public articles.

3/Finally, you'll have members (let's say "specialised") granted with an special email and passwords they will be given to beforehand which will grant them with a content not shared with "ordinary" or "readers".
For them, i want a community to be built.

I guess this means a third CBSubs plan that is not proposed in frontend at all. You can manually add users to this plan via backend using CBSubs/CB.

1/ Is that possible to achieve with CB ?
2/ So, what do you advise for this project in CB offer (really sorry to make you repeat) ?

Tks a lot in advance..

As far as I can tell everything above is doable with CB/CBSubs.

Tks four the reply.
Ok seems to be clear enough now..except the price !

Tell me if i'am wrong with such quote:

- 500 subscribers number ("specialised") won't be reach : 95 dollars
- Need 3 year maintenance : 19 dollars
Total : $ 114

Is that correct ? Tks again..

Your user count is based off the total number of users in your _users database table, whether they are subscribed or not makes no difference to the maximum users count for your license. Price is not correct, please review the subscriptions tab of your profile. When selecting the options you prefer it will calculate the price automatically for you.
