You can certainly block all communications of free accounts to anyone.
Means:
you can protect PMS component and only allow paid members to use it.
if you allow free members to use the PMS component, then they can use it to communicate with anyone.
i hope the distinction is understandable, CBSubs does not magically add features to existing extensions.
