It is probably me who is not doing the right thing, but, I want everyone to be able to browse all the profiles regardless of paid plans.

I want whoever comes to the site to be able to browse and read through the profiles. Only that the paid plans will restrict information viewable by user because of the choice of subscription.
Atleast i can achieve the plans only that i cant be able to browse through the members detailed profiles. I can also do the listing well but when i click on one of the members I get a message that you must register or login to view the profile.

What i have done so far is not working and i am tired of trying now. So i seek your help so i won't waste a lot of time.

Please see the parameter Allow Access To: setting it to Everybody in Joomla Backend > Components > Community Builder > Configuration > User Profile. :)

I highly recommend in becoming a document subscriber and very closely reviewing the documentation to assist in basic setup of your CB installation. Jumping into CBSubs with no prior knowledge of CB is likely to result in a frustrating or difficult experience. ;)
