Can CBsubs this do for me? was created by peter09
First I didn´t want a commercial site.

I have a site with many categories and content (article, events board-threads) inside. I want that my users can subscribe the content of a category and after this the content is display in the user-profil overview.

It is like the facebook-function of being fan (member) of a site oder group. On FB you see all the activities of the suscribes sites in the profile

Is that possible with subs or is there another solution. Thanks

No, CBSubs does not do this. CBSubs allows subscription based access to content; it is not subscriptions like subscribing to a forum post or an article and it appear on your profile.

It might be possible to use CBSubs SQL Actions to add an article to a database table which the table is then used to build a list on a users profile, but this of course requires you to make a plugin which handles this list.
