I want to offer unique content to each subscription group via CBSubs. So how do you handle the Frontpage, if you want each group to login and immediately go to a unique homepage? Is that possible, since there's only one Frontpage and it has properties that other pages don't?

Don't believe it's possible to have more then one front page, but this is a Joomla related issue and recommend checking the Joomla forums or extensions to see if there is a solution available. However, on login based on plan you can redirect users. Edit your plans and click the Workflows tab and simply enter a URL to redirect to for the parameter "URL for every login:".
