I purchased a 5000 user license.

If I upgrade to the unlimited license.

Do I pay just the difference of the 5k and the unlimited or simply the listed fee for the unlimited?

To my knowledge what you've paid is pro-rated, so in other words you should only have to pay the difference of the license you're upgrading to. The price I believe should reflect this.
