I am looking for a paid subscription system for the whole of the members sections inside joomla, I have a number of questions.

The whole joomla controls and interface for user and admin is fine however if you wish to become a member on the side its paid yearly subscription.

The payment gateway system is Lloyds TSB Cardnet.

The whole registered users are only for subscription users.

You select a package when you subscription and your do not have to join joomla in order to select a plan and then you can set a subscription or anything like that.

Please be more specific to your requests. CBSubs is very capable of handling all kinds of subscriptions. It's also backed by multiple integration plugins to add further functionality. You can review CBSubs features here . The payment gateway you're using is not supported. You'd have to wait for payment gateway API in order to develop an integration for your payment gateway.

No, that's why Kyle mentioned you have to wait for the API (currently still in progress, but not ready yet).
