Does CB Subs need CB Component was created by apc

Does CB Subs actually need the full CB component to function, or is it a stand-alone component?

There is a huge requirement out there for a really good Subscription component although not everyone needs a social component.

AEC is the best there is to date, but it runs in Legacy mode meaning there is a window of opportunity for CB Subs.

CB is required to use CBSubs as CBSubs is a CB Plugin. It is not standalone.
