Documentation with CBSubs was created by tkasis
Does the Community Builder Documentation come with a CBSubs license or do I have to purchase both the CBSubs and the Documentation for a total of EUR 120?

A better question would be; If I subscribe to the Community Builder Documentation can that subscription cost apply to a CBSubs license after I determine if CBSubs will meet my needs?

No they are individual. CBSubs has its own documentation that is included with the purchase of a CBSubs licens, but purchasing CBSubs does not make you a document subscriber.
