I use Joomla 5
PHP Version 8.2.16
CB:2.9.1+build.2024.02.29.17.53.33.6a9e2b092

the registration option is working 100%, users can register and receive the confirmation email and the email after confirmation. The problem is that as an administrator I am not receiving any email informing me that a new user is registering on the platform. How to solve?

the contact form works 100% and receives emails. I just don't receive emails about new registrations. Can you help?

Do you mean the moderator approval email or just general new user registration email? Within CB > Configuration > Moderation ensure "Moderator Approve Users" and "Send Moderators Email" are both set to "Yes". Next edit your user in CB > User Management and ensure "Receive Moderator Emails" is set to "Yes". That should be all you need to do and should be receiving moderator emails fine.
