Good morning,

Our users regularly get the following error message when they try to connect via the CB login module. We don’t know where it comes from. Error message: Error - The session has expired or cookies are not enabled by your browser. Please click on "Refresh" and make sure you have enabled cookies in your browser.

How to solve this problem?

Joomla token expired or was cached. If you've Joomla page caching enabled either turn it off or ensure you've configured it to ignore any pages with a form on them (e.g. any registration page, login page, profile edit page, etc..) as generally page cache plugin is the culprit. Once done clear Joomla cache.

Within Joomla's page cache plugin. I don't recommend enabling page caching for non-static sites as it does not take into account form tokens or dynamic content.
