Menu items act weired when Parse URL'S >>> Rewrite URS is enabled...

We do not rewrite or redirect CBs own menu items. CB also does not alter menu access. More than likely you are creating a Joomla menu item to Joomlas registration page instead of a menu item to CBs registration page. CB is then rewriting that Joomla registration page URL to point to CBs and in doing so it's changing the Itemid and will have different access checks (probably Public as we create a menu item on install).

I was not able to confirm your issue using our demo site below.

Well thanks for responding we will just turn that off. I do have a question as to what version of Joomla the demo site is.

I think we started noticing in around 3.7.2 or so.
