Hello, I have a problem with logging frontend and backend administration of the site

the approval of users. Still popping up error - No valid image was loaded. Consult please.
I used Joomla version - 2.5.22 and CB Professional edition version - 1.9
Exact error message -> No valid image was loaded
You can see this error when you try to register as a new member on the link above. Even in the administration can not activate - to approve a new registered member - it writes the same message "No valid image was loaded"
