When posting on this specific forum you need to provide at lease the following information:
Joomla version?
CB version?
Exact error message your are seeing?
Detailed description of how to replicate on a new Joomla/CB site.
If you cannot provide steps to replicate on a clean site, then this means that the issue/error you are seeing is related to something else specific to your environment and you would need to seek professional assistance to help you track cause.
