We recently migrated our website from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and have community builder 1.9 installed. We have been pushing our users to reset their passwords but there's a strange bug coming up: after requesting a password reset, that user's account is deactivated, even enabled and confirmed and previously activated accounts. They get the email and validation code but are rejected when they try to use it, with the page saying "verification code was invalid. User not found" It has been very frustrating and I have not been able to find any information by searching - any help would be greatly appreciated (even if it's obvious like upgrade to 1.9.1).
