User Login: 500 Server Error

Issue is not browser specific. Nothing has been updated at all. Website was working fine before with this version of joomla and cb but suddenly this error showed up.

Both Joomla version and CB version are outdated.

You need to upgrade both.

Debug on should have revealed issue.

Hi Nick, Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I have switched on the debug mode now. Unfortunately I am not able to track down the problem in debug. I will appreciate if you can give it a look. When user logs in, the page throws Error 500 Internal Server, no debug entries there.

You can replicate the error with following details.
Website: tinyurl.com/boc34g9
User: tutor_profile
Pass: freebird

Can someone tell me why noone is looking into my error which is due to CB Login Module crashing. It was working fine with Joomla and CB version I have been using until now.

It's working just fine on my test sites so its most likely not CB related.

You need to check your server error logs for relevant message.

If you have CBSubs on the site you can check errors in the history icon area.

how do we investigate this further ?
