Just a hint... (one never knows it might work  )

Seems you have n XMl error, and it turns out that XMl parsing is very sensitive to localization, ie. a wrongly encoded character in an XML attribute can break the installation workflow without fruther notice.

So my suggestion is: try a full US English installation. If you pass it this means the problem is to be searched in the Italain localization.

I apologise newlog for using italian. I just suggested something very elementary (you'll never know!).
To unzip the downloaded file in case he tried to install as it is. Inside there are the comprofiler.zip to be installed and then the login_plugin. This is it.

I installed a US English CB and all is working well. :)

The issue is to be searched in the Italian localization, definitely.

Thank you everybody for the support.

Regards, Enzo.

Thank you everybody for the support.

You are welcome! :)

First check that Italian XML files are saved as UTF-8 no BOM (Byte Order Mark) and that the XML encoding (first line) is UTF-8.
