I am running a joomla website. I am running this for almost 3 years. I got only one super administrator user. Today I received an email as given below

The above email is normally sent to the new member who is getting registered. Wondering how this got generated for an already existing member and he is a super administrator.
I guess someone is trying to hack my website.
Any advices would be grateful.
