Require Email Confirmation

Hello please,
I am using version 1.8.1 and I noticed that when people register no confirmation link is sent to the new registrants email. Please I need help, urgently.

CB 1.9 is the latest.

Update and test.

If you can replicate on a clean Joomla 2.5 environment with just CB 1.9 installed, then it might be a potential bug of CB so you can post here.

If not then it is a support request and not a bug.

I installed CB 1.9 but I have been having this error when I clicked on tools > CB Tools: Check CB plugins database: Results >
I got the following in red:
CB plugin "Default language (English)": Default language (English) has no readable xml file /home/www/onlineeducationalportal.com/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/default_language.xml

I checked my the file but did not see it, I also unzipped com_comprofiler to see if I could upload this particular file but I have not been able to remove this problem.

I do not know if the problem could be responsible for what I am seeing now which is that I do not get correct writings for CB , For instance: in place of Name, I get _UE_HI_NAME , in profile I get UE_PROFILE_TITLE_TEXT instead of profile title, for username I see, _UE_USERNAME, etc

Please I need help urgently

I was able to work on it after scouring round for answers when I did not get a reply.

I had to go to: www.joomlapolis.com/forum/163-english/151478-read-first-please

where I was redirected to forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/lan-cb-en/files and then downloaded the files and then uploaded through the community builder > plugin management.

I have upgraded to the latest CB 1.9.0 but the email confirmation is still not being sent.
