White screen when accessing configuration - solved

Hi.

I have installed CB 1.9.0 on a Joomla 3.0.2 site.
Everything seems to work fine, except:
When I try to access the CB configuration, I just gets a white screen.
I have enabled all debugging features on the server. But still only white screen, with nothing at all.
Logs on the server shows no errors.
I have reinstalled CB. No change.
I have runned all the database checks. No problems.

I have 64 Mb memory for the site.
Can anybody give me a hint about what is wrong?

Unfortunately I had allready been visiting this link, trying what is described there, without any luck.

So I'm still stuck.

I didn't know what and if you tried it (since you did not share this info) - that's why I posted link.

Know there is no way that if you turned on Joomla debugging to maximum that you are still seeing a blank screen.

Means that you are not doing something right.

Made a brand new site at the same web hotel. Here it works fine.

Reinstalled Joomla 3.0.2 on my problem site. No change.

So my next step is going to scratch everything on my problem site, and start over.

Scratched everything. Removed every database table, and every file on the site.
Installed Joomla 3.0.2
Installed CB 1.9.0

Put on every debug facility I can find.
Still just a whitescreen when accessing configuration :ohmy:

In the settings for the website at the webhotel I found a setting called disable_functions. When I set this to off I can access configuration

By setting this setting to off the PHP functions shell_exec, exec, phpinfo, popen is enabled.
So one of these functions is necessary for the configuration, and the result if it is not available is a whitescreen.

Might be an idea for the prerequisites.
