ImageMagick is not installed?!

Hello,

CB tells that ImageMagick is not installed, though it is!

I tried setting Path to ImageMagick "auto" as well as entering the correct path inCB Configuration Manager. Tech Level III Support of my hosting provider also tried. But CB keeps on telling "not installed"!

Here the answer of my hosting provider technical analyst:

ImageMagic is installed and working good. There is some problem with the joomla component. I strongly suggest you for contact the developers.


I am working on:

Joomla! 2.5.7 Stable
Joomla Plattform 11.4.0 Stable
CB 1.8.1
MySQL 5.1.65-cll
PHP 5.3.16
ImageMagick 6.7.1-10 2011-08-24 Q16 www.imagemagick.org

I experience even more issues with Joomla 2.5 (see menu items issue thread). Looks to me as if cb were not joomla 2.5-ready??

And neither an answer nor a bug fixing withing months.

Notice: this is not a support request, it is a bug report, verified by my web hosting provider and yet unanswered by you! It's a shame how joomlapolis ignores bug reports and issues reported by customers.

If you have steps that we can follow to reproduce what you are seeing on our environment then by all means go ahead and we will try and reproduce.

Please give exact versions.

FYI - I have been using CB 1.9 on Joomla 2.5, 3.0 and latest 3.1 beta without any issues.

I gave exact versions! See opening posting. What more do you need?

Meanwhile I am working on
