Registration page terms and conditions links wrong

Registration page terms and conditions links wrong was created by GuiGuy
The link generated is wrong and leads the user to a 404:
Instead of
index.php/component/content/article/161-information/1508-terms-conditions-for-the-use-of-this-website
I get
index.php/component/content/article/161-information/1508-terms-conditions-for-the-use-of-this-website/component/comprofiler/

Somehow "component/comprofiler/" is tacked onto the end of the link I provided in the configuration.

The link is not generated by CB - you configure it in the configuration area.
