Do not show me the fields in profile,after logging was created by tfanatic

Do not show me the extra fields in profile :
website , location , occupation , interest , company , city , state , zip code , country , adress , phone , fax .
after logging in, I get any time after installing CB, checked all the tools tab in CB, and nothing the same.

You most likely used CB Tools to install sample fields for CB.
