I install XAMPP 1.7.7 for Windows 7 64 bits (not UAC), Joomla 2.5.1, Spanish language module and com_comprofiler component (CB 1.8) and found this bug:

I found possible solution: php.ini, "error_reporting" and set it to the value E_ALL
