User Account Menu not working

Hi guys,

I've just installed CB on a joomla 1.6 site that is running off a wamp server. everything has been kinda working ok but there is a problem with the menu associated with the user accounts. the menu im talking about is the horizontal one that appears on the users account page and has the links "Community", "Edit" and "Connections".

this menu will not work at all! the roll over function works fine but the links wont work. i looked into the code and this is what comes up for all the links.

i don't know why this is happening. i did have some trouble installing CB to begin with but once i changed some settings it worked fine.

Please Help.

for some strange reason, i can kinda make the menu work but only if i have my mouse on one of the menu items while pressing F5. but after that, the menu will stop working again.

any ideas???
