Any type of menu is Logut action

Any type of menu is Logut action was created by Francexi

Hi there,
When i attempt create a new item menu (User profile (mandatory!) for example) Joomla return me a Logout Action item. WHY? and How can I solve the problem? I'm running on Jommla 1.6.1 whit CB 1.4
