There has always been only one CB product.
No PRO version.

We do have CB Quickstart PRO, but that is still just the CB product with additional add-ons on top.

Is the new layout as shown in the article in the Beta 4 version?

I am keen to get it installed on a test site so that I can get used to how it works.

Not in CB 2.0 b4 - will be in next RC release.
