Once again Joomlapolis is going in a great direction. Kunena is on my top 5 Joomla extensions of all times. Is there a demo site where we could try this out?

Yeah - Joomla finally got a nice native forum component with Kunena.

Following the tutorial:

GroupJive --> configuration
click Integrations tab
Click on Forum sub tab !!! There is no forum sub tab!!!

ok - some setting I changed must have enabled the forum tab, now it is here. Not sure what I changed to make it appear.
