CB Invites plugin 2.0 released!

Kyle has done an awesome job with this one.

I really like the fact that with it you can create a by invitations only membership website!

I'm loving the functionality of this plugin, but I'm seeing a frustrating trend with these newest plugins: why do they have their own custom template which disregards the current CB template? It's come to a point where there are so many nested templates within templates to worry about, that keeping a uniform appearance is an even more tedious chore than ever.

Thats some greate improvements!

Some other cool features would be:

- integrate with openinviter (like InviteX and Parainvite does).

- integrated in the registration process (please invite now to complete the reg.)
-- allow only registration with 1,2,3 min invites

- after login remind user to invite until certain number of invites have been send (1,2,3..)
