Are these page views intended for the pages that included the mcaffe certification? Or is this counted for the whole site?

Hi,

The pricing is based on how many times the McAfee Secure image is delivered, so page views will only be counted for areas on the site where the certification mark appears.

In order to get the most value out of the trustmark, however, McAfee highly recommends placing the image in a prominent spot throughout the site and at the shopping cart.
