Ok, now I have found it.
  1. The preview is really useful for looking at lists
  2. In general I really like the new web sites
  3. But the stock photos of people don't really add much but do waste a lot of realestate

Could you share with us some best practices when re-designing the site and migrating it back over from your development area?

My biggest issue is how do I develop my new site away from my original and keep it seem less? Since I've started re-developing my site I have 50 new users and lots of new data on my original live site. I don't want to restore my dev site in place of my live site because of the major differences. How did you all do it without taking your site off line for 2 months?

Oh yeah I forgot to mention this is one bad ass design. Great Work!
