need a referral plugin and age restriction was created by rollen01

I need a referral plugin has any one developed one yet? I saw posts in search speaking of one 2 or 3 years ago but I couldn't find any working links. So i'm wondering if any of you have one that works or know one? On top of that I need a age restriction plugin.

My referral and invite code system is being finalized right now. I'm guessing it'll be out within a week or two.
