1) When I talked about notifications, I meant that I was specifically interested in a module with notification icons that I could place on any page of my website (not just the CB page). For notifications that's already available with CB Activity. Commenting is also already provided by CB Activity. You can have a comment stream basically for literally anything you want as it supports unlimited custom activity and comment streams. More details can be found on its addon page below.

CB Activity provides that. It inserts one on profiles and you can insert one anywhere you want using the CB Activity Module. Can also display it using substitutions anywhere Joomla content plugins are supported. So basically you can display it anywhere you want.1) When I talked about notifications, I meant that I was specifically interested in a module with notification icons that I could place on any page of my website (not just the CB page).
what I mean is, does CB have a similar notification module that would look like Facebook notification icons:
We've no import features for that, but depending on how the comments are stored in the database it might be easily doable with a database query.2) Is it possible to import all comments from JComments to CB Activity? my website has over 50K comments
CB 3.x will be a gradual release with first release being a core MVC update to Joomla 5. So first release probably won't have this functionality yet. As for when this will be released I don't know. We'll have further details on CB 3.x in an announcement sometime in the next few months. There of course won't be a desktop version we don't make desktop or mobile applications here, but you could make one yourself with the API endpoints we plan to provide.3) when is CB 3.0 expected? as far as i understand, there will be a chat like in Facebook (desktop version)?
We've no import feature for that, but as with comments depending on how the data is stored it could be done easily with a query. That's just single sign on though and you'll probably be able to just continue to use it. CB Connect is our equivalent plugin for single sign on.4) Is it possible to import all connections of accounts with social networks from the JFBConnect component into CB?
