Update Manager for Plugins

As there are so many plugins that extend CB it would be very usefull to get notice when there is a newer version availible.

We have started sending periodic emails to members about new releases.
Make sure your newsletter tab shows you subscribed (otherwise you will miss these and others mailings).

You can also generate an rss feed for Incubator forge activity.

Just visit the Activity tab of the Incubator main forge page here:
forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/incubator/activity

and click on the Atom link to generate your own rss feed (you can use this in your rss client).

thats fine. I was more looking for something like the core joomla update function at the plugin manager of cb that tells us what needs to be updated. like the version check for the main componend for the plugins. maybe something the user has to trigger (check for updates) or integrate it in the plug in database check.
