plugin to handle inactive users was created by some1new

Hi there,

it would be nice to develope a plugin that administrators can take action on inactive users.

Parameters could be very effective:

Compare last visit date to "action date"
Send email to user and request to visit again.
If no action on this from user, delete user sending an email notifying user about that.
