I have done a comlpete translation Front/back/CB plugs for 1.8.
There are some minor packaging and installation issues to sort out before I can release it.

Instructions for creating a language plugin have always been here:

forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/lan-cb/wiki

If a swedish package is available I will create language forge project for it.

Yes, I used the and the template package that is there.

I have located the error to admin_language.php
