Would it be possible to create a specific CSS class to add bold only to the necessary fields in the record?

I looked at the individual options, but I didn't find anything regarding bold, I only saw icons.

You can add a CSS class to a fields container div by editing the field in CB > Field Management and adding your CSS class to the "CSS Class" parameter. You can then use that CSS class to style that field specifically however you like.
