advise me to select best question and answer system compatible with CB was created by saman2

hi
i want to implement a menu item which user can ask a free question and doctor (has CB profile) can answer to them. i want when user click on doctor which answer to him, then user can click on doctor and redirect to his profile and can see his profile. have you any suggest? thank you.
is it possible implement with CB addon?

You could probably just use the built in Private Message System for that. If the questions are intended to be public and not private then CB Activity with an activity stream could also do this.
