how to prevent remove data in conditional field? was created by saman2

hi
i have field A that set conditional show if field B set to yes. in the edit mode if user set field B to No then update his profile then set field B to yse, value of field A must fill from scratch. is it possible prevent reset field A? i see the Reset button in the bottom of cb conditional tab , but it work before click update user but i want understand is it possible when we hide some fields and then user update his profile, we prevent delete that hidden fields from database.
