how to change color of radio button

i create a radio button field in cb. but how can set a custom color when an option selected? by default two option button for example yes/no button has the same color when select them and it has not some class such as active. how can i select that when click on that with css selector?

You can't unless to write custom CSS to change their color.

Ok I can write any css but the problem is that button have not any specific css class when select each one.
Are you understand my mean? How can I select the checked radio button?
