Hi, could you please tell me how to remove the space between the menu and the header? Thanks!

We don't apply a gap there. Your template is likely doing that.

Please reference our demo site anytime you run into design conflicts. Our demo site is using default Joomla template so you can compare easily and you can see what to expect. If it doesn't display as shown there then you've a conflict from your Joomla template. You'll need to consult with the developer of your template for a solution.
