[SOLVED] Problem when installing pkg_communitybuilder_2.7.4+build.2022.12.29.18.19.35.200

Hello everyone  I presently run communitybuilder_2.7.4+build.2022.12.27.18.11.53.7de458f6b and I try to update to the last release and with the 2 install methods : Upload Package File and Install from Folder , I have the same error : (See attached screenshot).I use Joomla version 3.10.11(I use CB for several years and it's the forst time I have this problem) Best Regards

Your servers PHP is not compiled with ZIP. Please contact your host to have them fix this. Your host can view instructions on this at the below URL.

www.php.net/manual/en/zip.installation.php

In short they didn't compile PHP with --with-zip configuration option.

Thanks a lot for your reply; my provider has applied your recommendation and now it works with the "Install from Folder" method but it does work with the "Upload Package File"; anyway, I have been able to update to the last CB release.
