We do not provide general Joomla support here. We only provide support for our products for our active subscribers. Your issue is likely a permissions problem with your WYSWIG editor or Joomla's Text Filter feature. Check System > Global Configuration > Text Filter and System > Plugins > Editor - TinyMCE parameters. If you continue to have issues with Joomla's Create Article page I suggest posting to Joomla's forums below.
