There is no simple way of doing that. You'll have to use same HTML as the connections module for example then substitute in whatever fields you want rendered in it. Example as follows.
Code:
<div class="cb_template">
<div class="card d-inline-block w-sm-100 mw-100 no-overflow cbCanvasLayout cbCanvasLayoutSm" style="width: 300px;">
<div class="card-header p-0 position-relative cbCanvasLayoutTop">
<div class="position-absolute cbCanvasLayoutBackground">
[cb:userfield field="canvas" reason="list" /]
</div>
</div>
<div class="position-relative cbCanvasLayoutBottom">
<div class="position-absolute cbCanvasLayoutPhoto">
[cb:userfield field="avatar" reason="list" /]
</div>
</div>
<div class="card-body p-2 position-relative cbCanvasLayoutBody">
<div class="text-truncate cbCanvasLayoutContent">
[cb:userfield field="onlinestatus" /] [cb:userfield field="formatname" reason="list" /]
</div>
</div>
</div>
</div>
