kyle say to use cb auto action for set phone field as a username but when i use your help for more than 1 year but in the user edit profile i get timeout error and i set condition tab in auto action according to attached pic. please look and say me if it is right or not?

I cannot help you with paid products without an active subscription for that product. I suggest just using the Username Fallback feature in CB > Configuration > User Profile designed to set the username to a field value if the username field isn't available.
