Can I publish just one tab as a separate form?

Can I publish just one tab as a separate form? was created by jross
At the moment I have say 5 tabs that are all published on the registration form.
Is it possible to publish Tabs 1, 2, 3 & 4 on the registration form and Tab 5 on a different form?
The Tab 5 form would need to have it's own menu item.
Is this possible?

It's possible to condition tabs/fields based off URL using CB Conditional but it's very tricky to get working right. Beyond that no you won't be able to split registration into multiple forms. Typically you'd just use CB Conditional to show/hide the extra tab of fields based off some condition from the previous fields in the form.
