captacha is not as mandatory was created by albada
Good Morning

We acquired the PRO version of the COmunity BUilder mode, in order to add the Captcha to avoid fraudulent registrations, a few days ago the Captcha did NOT appear as mandatory although it is marked in the field manager.

Please tell me how I can solve it since we received many fraudulent registrations.

Thank you
a greeting

You've no download history for CB AntiSpam, which provides Captcha throughout CB. So I've no clue what captcha you're talking about specifically. CB does not output Joomla captcha. If you are using CB AntiSpam then you're using it before we launched our new site meaning your install is 2+ years out of date at this point and could be your issue.

The module I use is the Captcha - ReCaptcha that with the PRO version of Comunity builder allowed it ... my problem is that it does not mark it as mandatory.

Thank you.

Captcha - reCaptcha is a Joomla plugin. That will not output on CBs registration. You need CB AntiSpam if you want Captcha within CB.
